This is a topic that has eluded me for some time. I have been looking for the right application everywhere to update my Facebook Fan page Status updates from my Twitter account.
All the applications I had previously used only created a ‘tab’ on my fan page with my Twitter Status updates, which was not good enough for me. It meant that people had to get to my fan page and then go to a special tab to see my updates. It also meant that my updates did not get to the Facebook walls/news feeds of any of my members of my page…a waste of time really.
I want people to see my status updates as they contain good info (well I like to think so).
I have created an easy to follow video that shows you step by step how to do this. Please keep in mind that I had to delete all other Twitter applications that I had running on Facebook as it seemed to be clashing with this new one. It may be OK not to delete others…give it a go and then let me know how it goes for you.
By the way, when I talk about hash # in the video, it also means pound #

this is great!
why when using this for a fan page their is not an option to follow? if used on a personal page there are the following options to click on comment/like/follow @surfacedivine. is there a way to get that fxn to work for a fan page?

I am not sure about the follow, but as far as i can see, you are able to Like it or comment on your posts. If you are on the fan page , you will need to ‘become a fan’ at the top of the page. To follow on Twitter, you may need to put a ‘follow me on twitter’ badge on your page. Hope that helps
